Super Food (kale)) Brownies Turned Easter Eggs 2 cups destemmed kale, lightly packed 1/8 - 1/4 tsp. salt 2 cups walnuts soaked and dehydrated 1 cup pecans soaked and dehydrated 1 Tbls. ground vanilla bean or extract 1 and 1/2 cups pitted medjool dates 2/3 cups carob powder 2 Tbls. water • Process kale and slat in food processor until chopped and set aside. • Process walnuts, pecans & vanilla until finely ground being carefull not to over process. • Add dates and kale & process untill it sticks together. • Add water & pulse a few times. • Shape with hands. • Roll in conconut flakes and chill. If making into brownies disregard the coconut flakes and press into an 8 x 8 pan.
